Kai Hoyt
co-founder
Kai is an operator who builds AI systems that survive real-world constraints. Over the past decade, he has led and scaled eight-figure books of business across digital health and benefits consulting, working inside complex organizations where incentives, data, and human behavior rarely align cleanly. His approach to AI is grounded in execution, not theory. He focuses on designing systems that increase clarity, capacity, and decision quality. Outside of work, Kai spends his time in environments where feedback is immediate and performance matters, including snowboarding, mountain biking, basketball, and hikes with his border collie, Revel.
